I owe immense gratitude to my older daughter who introduced me to Positive Psychology and the Science of Happiness during her undergrad course in Applied Psychology at NYU.

The practice of gratitude, affirmations, creative visualization, mindfulness, empathy, purposeful living, compassion, and forgiveness have profoundly enriched my journey toward
healing and inner peace. I am happy to share these tools during our well-being workshops and personalized quantum healing sessions.
